Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges at this time. 

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return. Returns must be received into our warehouse within 15 days of receiving a return label for refunds to be issued. Please make sure the item is returned unused and in good condition. If you have received a damaged item please contact us (shefromphilly@gmail.com) and provide your name, order number, nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email. 

We cannot process exchanges for damages if the product has been written on, used, or mishandled.

If you are not satisfied and have initiated a return and met all terms under the return policy, refunds for the cost of the product will be processed.  Please allow 48 hours’ processing once a return is received into our warehouse and 5-7 business days for funds to be applied to the original form of payment.
